Description

Set in a fictional future, the game places you inside a society that appears harmonious and stable. But when you begin clearing out the apartment of your deceased grandmother, fragments of a supressed history begin to surface. You slowly begin to see the flaws within this system... and the political cost of it.

Context

This game was developed as part of a Bachelor thesis in the field of design and web development @ HS Ansbach. It was supervised by Prof. Sebastian Stamm and Prof. Dr. Veronika Krauß.

The game explores how digital games can make political responsibility and collective forgetting tangible through interaction. The project combines narrative design, visual design and web-based game development. 

How to play 

• Desktop only (mouse and headphones recommended)  
• Explore rooms and examine objects 
• Pay attention to visual and audio cues 
• And most importantly: take time to reflect
